Description
Our large Financial Services client based in London require 2 Systems Thinking Consultants to join their new Systems Thinking team. This role will be for an initial 6 month contract and will be based in their central London office.
Working within the Systems Thinking team, you will lead and assist in implementing the Systems Thinking practice within IT Directorates. You will have a contributing role in the design and implementation of the Systems thinking strategy playing a lead role in the full integration of the Design disciplines.
The selected candidates will have the following experience:
* Expert knowledge of Systems Thinking related approaches and techniques
* Experience of working in large service organisations
* Expert knowledge and practical experience of changing thinking and attitudes related to the management of work
* Understanding and able to use intervention theory to facilitate change
* Expert knowledge in the facilitation of change through teams at all level in the business
* High degree of customer focus
* Strong facilitation & senior stakeholder management skills
Expedience within a digital environment would be highly desirable
