Civil Engineer/Engineer - Aberdeenshire - 2 months - Flood Management
Our public sector client is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer/Technician to join their team in Aberdeenshire to undertake a series of measures related to flood prevention. Main duties include undertaking surveys, inspections, making recommendations and delivering flood alleviation solutions.
Key Requirements:
- HNC/HND in civil engineering OR Degree in appropriate discipline
- Ability to travel on own throughout Aberdeenshire
- Computer literacy
- Experience in design and/or construction of flood defences
- Knowledge of drainage design
- Ability to work both in team environment and on own with minimal supervision
