Marketing Coordinator - Feltham - Initial 6 months
Marketing Coordinator required to join a multinational networking hardware company on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend. This role will be based in Feltham.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Content development support for various types of assets (for Sales, To/Through Partners/Disti and To Customer), contact centre training, presentation support, annual program updates of existing materials
- DLL-driven 'intelligence/installed base' campaign/tactics eg end of lease
- Management of localisation process (eg translation)
- Sales and Marketing material updates on various websites
- Various types of Communications execution eg Internal: updating and DLL Sales teams on latest Sales and Marketing material; External: via channels and media (by delivering input for Partner and Disti newsletters; develop a calendar of messaging, including Social Media posts)
- Event support - including DLL internal eg Kick-Off and preparation for local Connect and Partner events
- Support and guidance to partners and disti in their joint marketing campaign execution
Mandatory Skills:
- Social Media and Digital Campaign experience
- PC proficiency using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus knowledge of B2B Social Media would be ideal.
- DLL experience
- Typically requires BA/BS in Marketing, Business, IS or equivalent plus 1-2 years related experience with project management experience in a marketing/communication or similar environment.
Desired skills and experience:
- Works under direct supervision and normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
