Description

The scope of work is as follows: Build up a new, flexible and easy to maintain knowledge management framework.
In support of the growing importance of services portfolio, we are looking for an experienced consultant to set-up and maintain a services delivery methodology and service knowledge sharing environment for consultancy services delivery. A Services Delivery methodology for a consultancy package typically consists of deliverable templates, tools used during services assignments, questionnaires, a standard delivery process, RACI chart.

It is complemented with a knowledge environment that contains background information on the service package, learnings and material used during similar projects, do's & don'ts, FAQs

A first milestone will consist of the creation of a generic set of templates that apply to the whole portfolio of consultancy services and will contain presentations, reports, questionnaires, Powerpoint templates. A second milestone will be the creation of a knowledge management framework and will contain a knowledge base, knowledge documentation processes and taxonomy.

Responsibilities:

Build up a flexible and easy to maintain knowledge management framework to be used across the services organisation to collect, store and share data and (tacit) knowledge in a consistent way This includes, but is not limited to:

Create a generic delivery methodology consisting of standardized templates, tools, knowledge artefacts and standard operating processes;

Produce toolkits, processes and other material to set-up an intellectual asset management framework (knowledge base, deliverables, tools, questionnaires );

Analyse the portfolio of services packages to focus engineering (80/20 rule) activities;

Create and maintain for a selected number of consultancy packages the specific templates, delivery procedures, tools and standard deliverables required for an efficient and standardized global delivery;

Design delivery content to be developed by offshore consultants in support of more efficient delivery;

Work closely with product managers and field experts to pilot and create delivery content for new consultancy packages, including creating training plans and train the trainer in the regions;

Train and coach delivery consultants in the regional delivery teams on new or updated service packages;

Audit and tag projects for easy reference and re-use of intellectual assets;

Drive the day to day usage and continuous improvement of the knowledge management systems, tools and artefacts;

Assess the delivery of consultancy and training and establish best practices in collaboration with delivery experts;

Coordinate organization-wide knowledge management efforts in services and help cultivate a culture of learning/sharing

Act as a content and knowledge database manager. Qualifications:

Professional experience in knowledge management architecture, design, implementation and processes;

Familiar with either the financial or services/consulting industry.

Excellent interpersonal skills (including listening and facilitation skills) and emotional intelligence to deal with a wide range of stakeholders;

Self-motivator and driven to deliver quality in a consistent and efficient way;

Strong project management and documentation skills;

Proven collaboration, coaching/training and change management skills;

Fluent in English.
