Concur Global Process Lead/London/£500 - £600 per day/6 months
Stanton House are proud to be supporting our key client in the delivery of it's global, multi-platform transformation programme. This opportunity is for a Global Process Lead within the Global Travel & Expenses implementation programme, and would suit candidates with previous experience of multi-country expenses system roll-outs. Experience with Concur preferable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and consolidate business requirements for Expenses system across all markets.
- Ensure that localised requirements (incl. Tax accounting) are delivered to the markets
- Review and consolidate all As-Is expenses policies and take proposed To-Be policies through appropriate governance
- Prepare materials to roll out consolidated Expense policy.
- Document the Level 2 and 3 Process Books for expense management.
- Engage Functional Leads within the programme and Operational Finance as required.
- Engage business stakeholders on functional matters including, but not limited to, validation of allowances and rates set by the standard Concur templates for the in-scope markets
- Represent functional interests in system design decisions.
- Develop and execute the functional test plan.
- Validate that the configuration built meets business requirements.
- Work with Programme Training Team to produce and deliver training materials for end-users.
- Support other aspects of the Programme from a more general P2P perspective as required.
Key Experience
- Experience of creating global Expenses policies.
- Experience of process improvement in a large global organisation.
- Experience of defining detailed business requirements and of working with functional experts to ensure they are met.
- Experience of working in a highly fluid Matrix organisation
- An ability to think innovatively and creatively when faced with difficult situations
- Ability to drive out simple solutions to complex problems
