Description
MI Manager required with experience of HR systems and HR reporting tools.
The following skills are essential:
- Effective stakeholder management with senior service line stakeholders, business facing HR and other CoE's to ensure effective co-ordination, design and delivery of all MI programmes/projects
- An in-depth knowledge of MI and analytics to input MI expertise into both operational and strategic projects.
- Build and maintain robust MI governance
The following skills are desirable:
- Experience of working in a professional services environment
- Project Management skills
- Experience of demand management and resource planning
- Understanding of Deloitte's HR practices
- E xperience working with HR teams
- Experience with SAP HR MI(Adhoc Query) capability
- Experience with SAP HANA
- Experience with Business Objects
- Experience with Tableau, Qlikview etc
