Description
A global pharmaceutical organisation based in Ireland is seeking to recruit an experienced
Engineer who will be our client's Area Owner and end user for Facilities & Soft Services across the
site.
The Engineer will have responsibility for acting as the Area Owner & management of contracts
for:
Facility management meeting internal & external requirements.
Facility maintenance in Production & Lab Areas - facility repair and maintenance etc.
Sanitisation & cleaning of Production Areas & Labs.
Cleaning of office areas.
Laundry & delivery of garbing for Production Areas and Non-production Areas.
Pest Control for Production areas & Non-production Areas.
Lab Supplies and Lab Equipment Support.
HEPA/Room Certification.
Catering.
Security including access control, CCTV and production alarm monitoring/escalation.
The Engineer will be heavily involved in the setting up of the contracts and how the scope will be
divided between the different contracts.
Post Commissioning completion the Engineer will act as the System Owner for the equipment
within their remit, manage service providers and ensure the site is complying with necessary
National & Corporate Requirements.
In addition key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing service delivery and maintaining and growing relationships with Service
Providers in partnership with our client's stakeholders such as Operations, Maintenance, EHS,
Quality, Procurement, global departments.
Ensuring all the proposed systems are in compliance with all Regulatory and Legal
requirements including, Quality (cGDP/GMP's), EHS, Global Engineering, design &
construction directives, requirements & procedures.
Participation in regulatory and corporate audits.
Requirements:
Experience in a Facility Management with a broad knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices,
Maintenance systems, regulations, and industry regulations related to the manufacturing is
advantageous. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and
external stakeholders.
