Description
Job duties include:
- Create 3D models and drawings with ProE
- Ensure existing robust and capable manufacturing processes are transferred to catching supplier resulting in uninterrupted supply chain for GEHC product
- Ensure that the manufacturing process design transfer abides to the business Quality Management System.
- Work with the functional engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the delivery of catching supplier sourced products per the overall Transfer of Production program execution
- Support verification activities to confirm parts meet all design requirements
Experience and qualifications:
- ProE Experience (modelling & detailed drawing generation)
- Pneumatics/hydraulic component experience
- Mechanical part cleanliness experience (ultrasonic, DI water bath, etc)
- Manufacturing process/fabrication experience
- Previous GE and/or medical device experience a plus
