Within Solutions IT (SIT), we are the technical competence centre in the security domain. We design, implement and maintain customer solutions
As ICT Service Delivery Expert, based on your technical expertise, you design, implement, and operate 24/7 tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions, and ensure service management, technical consultancy and effective pre-, and after sales support in order to maximize margin, and meet/exceed expectations of external professional and wholesale customers in accordance with SLAs and/or contract.
This includes the specific following tasks and responsibilities:
You validate proposed solution in pre-sales phase
You implement ICT solutions on customer Site
You operate and maintain ICT solutions
You provide technical advice towards customers and colleagues in order to effectively inform them, and recommend the appropriate technical solution
You develop, maintain and share technical expertise and customer specific information
You define, control and optimize the margin and take corrective actions when needed
You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience and deep expertise in networking and routing protocols, security products (Firewall, Proxy, anti-virus, anti-spam). Specific product knowledge in preferably Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Cisco IronPort, Bluecoat, F5 LTM.
You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
You take initiative and systematically drive for results
You are able to meet and exceed customers' expectations
You are able to understand, advice and explain highly complex business challenges/trends/strategy in your domain
