- 5 years of experience in own area of expertise
- Experience in software validation and testing
- Experience in writing software requirements specifications
- Experience with Sparta TrackWise
- Ability to transfer system requirements into end user training materials and perform on site training to lead deployment sites
- Ability to explain system requirements to end users and field end user questions
Customer Experience Competencies (as required)
- 5 years of experience in direct customer contact
- Awareness, & knowledge of their own markets challenges eg financially, culturally, understanding their customers expectations
- Ability to translate the outside-in' perspective into meaningful process design.
