Our bio-pharmaceutical client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to support them on their new build project in Ireland.Role:
- Responsible for supporting the design and build of the site to ensure efficient and reliable maintenance operations at the biologics manufacturing site.
- Responsible to build, execute, and ensure effectiveness of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance program.
- May participate in regulatory inspections, as required.
- Actively participate in regulatory observation remediation activities.
- Extensive, progressive experience in bio-pharmaceutical and/or related regulated industries in a management/leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and process systems employed in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing process.
- Good working knowledge of applicable regulations and codes.
- Experience in leading in maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication, technical, organisational, leadership and mentoring skills are required.
- Must be a team player prepared to lead, work in, and embrace a team-based culture.
