Key tasks and deliverables
To provide IT Training and Support on GPSoC clinical systems. Responsible for training GP practice staff in efficient processes in the use of clinical systems, and is responsible for responding to queries from customers and providing information. Some training in MS Office suite is also required. Travel to GP practices is required.
Experience Required
Experience of delivering training on GPSoC clinical systems. Knowledge and experience of teaching and training adults in GP practices, design of training resources, of clinical systems and processes, and is responsible for responding to queries from customers and providing information. EMIS and optionally SystmOne training expertise is required.
