Partner Sales Executive - Dublin

Our client is one of the most famous names in the IT industry who have for several decades been pioneers in the industries, remaining as one of the world's top IT companies and employers. With an EMEA Headquarters in Dublin 18 they continuously improve work processes, employee experience and the tools they use to be successful.

They require a Partner Sales Executive with 5 years' sales experience and solution selling ability to join their dynamic team. Initially on a temporary contract with a high possibility of extension, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving through-partner opportunity pipelines and sales for the company solutions in all segments of the business to increase business growth.

What are the key qualifications for this role?

  • 5 years' sales experience.
  • Previous experience in solution selling.
  • An understanding of business applications sold through a channel model is preferred
  • Knowledge of consultative solution sales and high business acumen.
  • A track record in a leveraged sales model, including business development, account management and business strategy.
  • BS/BA is required in a related field, MBA is preferred.

What will the Sales Executive role involve?

  • Conduct Communication plans with Key Stakeholders in Corporate accounts, business accounts, Public Sector and Industry teams
  • Manage Pipeline and drive pipeline creation and Sales Velocity with Partners by engaging directly with customers.
  • Prepare forecast for review meetings with manager.
  • Participate in regular pipeline review meetings.
  • Handle all required fields for the forecast using CRM for all assigned opportunities
  • Together with partner, develop a customer-facing business value proposition.
  • Liaise with consumers on sales procedures.
  • Work with extended team members including Sales, Marketing, and Technical groups to drive market share, awareness and revenue.
  • Drive partner growth, profitability and satisfaction.
