Description

SRM coordinator required to plan and co-ordinate our Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) activities.

The primary purpose of this role is to:
To be the focal point for all SRM activities and to take responsibility for ensuring this critical area is positively led.
Plan and co-ordinate and manage the way the team engages with key stakeholders.
Identify the most effective ways to build stakeholder understanding of our programme and messages, and enhance our own understanding of their needs and motivations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Proactively manage, control and monitor activities against a Stakeholder Relationship Communications Plan, liaising with the EA team and the Comms Departments of the individual organisations
Ownership and co-ordination of collaborative team contact with stakeholders
Maintain records of the stakeholders sessions held and the associated feedback.
Support the generation of collateral to be used for stakeholder engagements, including briefing notes, PowerPoint presentations, static graphics and videos/animation.
Prompt and support the planning of stakeholder interactions and collate and store feedback.
Report to and attend regular SRM reviews.
Co-ordination and the production of contractual collateral.
Competencies
Has a strong background in SRM from roles such as Communications Specialists, Project Management, or other related roles where SRM is key to success of the overall initiative.
Has experience working in a complex stakeholder environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
