Description
We are currently seeking Contract Business Analysts (Banking) for a 6 month contract based in Dublin City Centre.
We are looking for Business Analysts with 5 years + experience of large complex IT Projects in a Banking environment. You will be assigned to a number of projects depending on the size and complexity. Some projects will be Initiating as new however; some projects will be in Define, Plan or even Execute. Candidates should be capable of quickly fitting in to a new organisation and adapting to inflight projects.
The responsibilities of the Business Analyst include:

Familiarise themselves with the project management, SDLC and time management processes used as well as the role the Business Analyst plays in the PM and SDLC processes.

Familiarise themselves with the Business Analysis activities and outputs, and produce standard outputs using the provided templates and following standard procedures

Engage with demand stakeholders in eliciting, understanding, challenging, prioritising, managing, documenting and achieving signoff of requirements (functional and non-functional) of the project to which they are assigned

Engage with demand stakeholders in understanding, challenging, documenting and achieving signoff of As-Is and To-Be business processes within the scope of the project to which they are assigned
Requirements:

Broad experience of IT business analysis techniques in a Banking environment

5 years + Business Analysis experience
