We are looking for a Graphic Designer for a government client based in Salisbury Wiltshire.
Job Title: Graphic Designer (Desk Top Publishing - DTP)
Location: Salisbury Wiltshire
Duration: 9 months
Rate: £330 per day
Job role:
To provide short term graphic design support for ongoing business requirements. This CTW is for maternity cover and a short term solution to cover a gap in capability and alleviate some of the demands on the PTN Imagery resource while the Imagery team transition back into client and a review of business requirements and the services they offer is undertaken.
To provide Graphic design and Desk Top Publishing support
Lead on the design and layout of internal publications, posters and marketing materials
Provide creative and professional advice for various communication channels
Support in the development of the Government's Digital First policy
Essential:
Several years' experience in Desk Top Publishing (DTP) and/or Graphic Design, working either in an agency or in house environment.
Knowledge of the latest DTP and Graphic Design packages, such as Adobe and Microsoft products.
Experience of working to production schedules for publication and marketing materials
Desirable:
Knowledge or experience of digital channels would be an advantage
Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design.
