Description

Content management and maintenance of the US ES websites, responsible for content modifications, additions, deletions and implementation of digital enhancements.
Create tagged URLs for campaign tracking and provide basic campaign traffic reports to agencies.
Develop, maintain and refine workflow processes to ensure all web activities are transparent and efficient
Collaborate with technology partners, creative agencies and the ES team on web related projects.
Continually monitor the website in a proactive manner, making certain that information is accurate, content is current and pages are free of errors.
Keep up to date on web guidelines and standards to ensure that the proper procedures are followed across all digital channels.
Responsible for all support tickets that are submitted regarding ES sites
Communicate with ticket requesters regarding timelines and updates regarding requests.
Determine the best layout and templates/modules to use to accomplish project goals and objectives. If desired configuration is not available, work with technology partners to create optimal user experience.
Continually monitor and evaluate websites to create the best overall user experience through regular site audits that review content accuracy, site functionality, link integrity and consistency. Make recommendations to all partners for improvements based on these findings.
Manage minor image creation and manipulation tasks (creating thumbnails, image resize, file format conversion and image edits) for the ES sites.
Participate in strategic planning meetings between the US ES business and technical/creative agencies about the website.

Primary Skills:
Minimum 3 years experience with Sitecore Content Management System and Sitecore Digital Marketing System in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative setting with content maintenance responsibilities
Must have excellent skills in editing various types of web content ranging from general text content to specialized digital content
Knowledge of multimedia/creative: eg, interactive/web content, digital graphics/optimization
Must be able to create and edit images using software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign.
Experience integrating analytics into online products to evaluate performance and user response.
Be conversant in web basics - knowledge and/or experience with HTML & CSS is a plus
Must be able to work effectively both as a team member and independently.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment
Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively communicate with a wide variety of staff regarding the publication of information on the web.
Associate's degree in Information Technology or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
