User Researcher - Edinburgh - Public Sector - 3 months
Our public sector client is looking for experienced User Researchers to plan and conduct design research on a business and citizen facing website. Research will include focus groups, workshops and interviews. The right candidate will be able to think strategically and work successfully with the large team onsite in continuous delivery and improvement.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in gathering user requirements, field studies and survey design.
- To be well versed in a range of quant and qual UX research methods.
- A relevant degree or related comparable experience.
- Knowledge of public service landscape and supporting technology.
- A strong combination of technical knowledge and business facing ability.
Please note all candidates will be subject to a security clearance.
