Service Design Researcher - Service Transformation, Workshops, Design - 3 months - Edinburgh
Our major client based in Edinburgh has an exciting opportunity for a Service Design Researcher to contribute to an ongoing digital portfolio of projects.
You will be responsible for the design and facilitation of service design workshops, delivering creative design engagements and providing training on service design and skills sharing.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of working on service design projects
- Excellent communication (verbal and visual) design skills
- Strong strategic thinking skills
- Experience of incorporating multiple points of view on service transformation challenges
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in a relevant area - for example service design, design innovation, design ethnography/anthropology - and will have previous experience in the design and delivery of training.
