Communications and End User Experience Expert (m/f)

Your tasks:
  • Design and support the implementation of the communication strategy
  • Collect information on and analyze pain points to derive actions
  • Follow-up with technical teams on agreed actions and drive implementation forward
  • Create appealing presentations, web content and communication messages (newsletter, mailings, content) both in German and English
  • Provide creative input to communication messages and be self-driven on execution tasks


Your qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills (online and offline)
  • Ability to address Stakeholders on different levels (e.g. top management, back office)
  • Good Understanding of End user Services (Hardware, Outlook, Network, End user support)
