Your tasks:
- Design and support the implementation of the communication strategy
- Collect information on and analyze pain points to derive actions
- Follow-up with technical teams on agreed actions and drive implementation forward
- Create appealing presentations, web content and communication messages (newsletter, mailings, content) both in German and English
- Provide creative input to communication messages and be self-driven on execution tasks
Your qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills (online and offline)
- Ability to address Stakeholders on different levels (e.g. top management, back office)
- Good Understanding of End user Services (Hardware, Outlook, Network, End user support)
