Description

Are you somebody that can do content advisory work, like writing the investment proposals, do deep dives with business stakeholders and write papers about new technologies in HR? Than this is a perfect opportunity for you!

As a Senior Advisor you are part of the HR IT Business Interface and you will report to one of the IT. The Business Interface acts as the IT partner, accountable for the appropriate use of innovative IT solutions to enable the implementation of new business requirements and end-to-end delivery of IT services. You should understand the strategy, business drivers, and individual needs to create significant business value for the portfolio through the use of IT.

This requires:
* Understanding of the business strategy and processes
* Understanding of the technology use in the industry
* Expectation setting about IT opportunities and limitations to the business
* Pro-active attitude and willingness to challenge business expectations

Principal Work Accountabilities include to deliver on the following accountabilities:
* Act as a single voice of IT for business stakeholder(s).
* End-to-end accountability to the business for the delivery of IM and IT solutions and operations.
* Own the IT strategy, supporting business strategic goals and/or KPI's
* Identify and prioritize demand for IT and oversees delivery by the Delivery Vertical
* Leverage innovation and improvement opportunities to add business

Special Challenges include:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, rapidly changing environment
* Strong engagement skills, working with business partners on continuous basis
* Need for team-working skills in a virtual environment; willingness to travel occasionally
