SEO Consultant - Norwich - Contract/Freelance - Rate Negotiable
A newly established digital business is looking for an SEO/Content Strategist to join their team on a contract basis, to create and implement outreach strategies for their impressive roster of clients.
The Content Strategist's responsibilities will include:
- Creating social and content strategies for new and current clients
- Developing campaigns - social, content and outreach - that will increase engagement using a knowledge of SEO and link-building
- Conducting key SEO performance duties including: on-page SEO audits and recommendations, keywords analysis, internal linking, inbound link acquisition/outreach, identifying trends, opportunities and risks
- Liaising with the events and outreach teams to develop engagement opportunities through bloggers and PR exposure
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Proven track record of working in search, with a demonstrable passion for SEO
- Demonstrable experience in conducting page and site audits, keyword analysis, SEO-friendly content production and building SEO reports and tracking
- Have previous experience in a competitive marketplace
- Outreach and a good knowledge of SEO and digital marketing practices
- Link-building
- Have experience creating and developing content and social strategies
- Be confident dealing with clients and understanding client needs
