User Researcher / UX Researcher - Large and well known B2C client and consumer champion!

Do you absolutely love talking to customers? Understand stated and unstated user needs, motivations, expectations and frustrations? Can you identify and report on patterns of behaviour? Can you have the bigger picture in mind - not just the project you are working on today?

If you answered YES to these then my client would be very keen to meet you. They are a very successful, well known B2C company who are very soon to move into one of London's most eagerly awaited tech buildings with User Labs purpose built.

As a User Researcher you will:

*Establish, manage, and help build a UX research practice, including our new usability labs, ensuring that customer insight is gathered and reported upon

*All levels of the business see and feel the value of UX research, through clear, powerful reporting and uncovering invaluable customer insight

*You collaboratively develop a clear programme of research activity and deliver it successfully

*Contribute to our bank of UX knowledge and insight through genuine customer feedback

*Represent the voice of the customer in all UX decision making

*Raise the profile and contribute to the goals of the newly formed User Research team

*Build a research strategy and toolkit of methods and assets that can be applied across the business

*Learnings from individual research projects are applied at a wider level to contribute to organisationalinitiatives

*Coach and partner with colleagues from all parts of the business to embed UX thinking and research practice

*Support our overall UX strategy and principles

*Experience with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, applied in a UX/design environment including one to one in depth interviews, guerrilla research, remote testing, focus groups, online feedback and analytics, etc

*Solid understanding and proven application of good user centred design/HCI principles and heuristics

*Clearly and concisely reporting findings to stakeholders at all levels of the business and influence decision making through customer insight

*Managing planning, recruitment (via agencies), delivery, and reporting for research projects

*Experience managing a usability research lab is desirable
