Service Description Writer- RFP -RFI -RFO

We have the following requirement ASAP for a Service Description Writer.
Length of Contract: 4/6 Weeks
Rate: Dependant on skills and experience, plus expenses
Location: Based at Home and on Site in Paris . There won't be a set amount of days per week either based at Home or on Site in Paris . It will be completely dependent on the client's needs
Description

• Experience of the RFP/RFI/RFO/bid process within an IT Services Context
• A good general understanding of IT services, the functions within and the terminology used
• Articulate, good listening skills
• Excellent written skills - accurate, concise, clear etc.
• Good organisational skills with regard to setting out information logically
• French language (material may be in both English or French)
• Needs to be a doer'
• Not frightened to ask the dumb' question
• Does NOT need to be a superstar or a leader of men, next PM etc.

We ideally need someone as soon as today so they won't consider anyone who isn't immediately available
