Senior Web Trading and Content Manager, Welwyn Garden City, 3 months Contract
Pontoon has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Web Trading and Content Manager that is used to working with a fast moving environment. The Successful consultant will need to have experience within Managing the Content for the website.
Key Tasks:
* Proactively managing website content, ensuring Telecoms offers are presented in a clear, compelling, on-brand way
* Driving sales of new and upgrading pay monthly customers.
* Reporting to the Exec at the weekly trade call the sales performance of the channel.
* Working with the Commercial teams to get updates and promotions live on the websites in a structured
* Monitoring feedback to identify areas of customer experience improvement and then implementing changes into the website, via efficient internal or external teams
* Managing the process of delivering content, working with web developers, and our own CMS.
* Monitoring and responding to internal and external customer feedback to constantly improve the site and keep the content fresh.
* Working with the copy writing team to ensure correct tone of voice across the site.
* Liaising with the third parties so they are fully briefed and informed on updates impacting the online sites they host.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in an Online trading environment
* Experience briefing creative teams and managing output.
* Strong commercial focus, CRO and ROI
* Knowledge of SEO best practice
* Analysis and reporting of key metrics
* Managed a team of web traders
* Driven by desire to achieve sales numbers
* Flexibility in approach in a rapidly changing environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Team player, and people management skills
* Proactive and results-driven, you're able to deliver projects on time, on budget and on brief
* One day a week in Slough.*
