Description
Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in User Research.
Demonstrated experience with synthesis and sensemaking of qualitative research.
Demonstrated experience in compelling written, visual and verbal communication of user research insights.
Demonstrated experience creating research artefacts that effectively communicate to a wide audience.
Ability to work in co-located teams.
Enthusiasm for user centred approach to design and delivery.
Promote a positive creative culture and help to build a strong user research reputation for DTA.
The user researchers will work across existing and past delivery teams in the DTA to consolidate user research findings created in agile teams over the past 12 months and to create artefacts that make that work accessible and reusable to a wider audience both within and outside of the DTA. The researchers will also host a series of research insight playback sessions for DTA staff.
You will be working with user researchers across the DTA as well as the Head of Service Design and Content.
