SAP Procurement/HR Functional Consultant
SAP Procurement/HR Functional Consultant required for a project with a leading telecoms company in Stockholm, Sweden.
Duration: 17-Apr--Oct-2017 initially with extension options thereafter.
Enterprise Services part of the this telecoms company within IT Architecture and Transformation (ITAT), managing all enterprise-wide applications is looking for a senior SAP consultant in the procure to pay area with both functional and technical expertise in the area of SAP SRM, SAP MM and VIM (open text). A good understanding of interface architecture between cloud- and Back End solutions and supplier catalogues (IBX) is also important as well as technical expertise in workflow, ABAP and content repository functionality.
The continuous improvements and process maintenance within Procurement has the aim to also improve user experience and satisfaction in their system solutions and to increase productivity in the transaction processing and provide quality in the P2P process.
Example of solution improvements that are targeted and where implementation support is needed:
- Implementation of partial GR in offline approval on mobile device
- Improve email functionality and login in goods receipt approvals
- Enable Invoice images for end users working in cloud solutions through content repository
Also coordination, solution design review, quality assurance and testing of additional solution improvements implemented by other third party will also be relevant. These are targeted to:
- Improve cross company buying procedure in the solution for advanced buyers
- Improve the limit order handling process
- Simplify the goods receipt process during vacations in the handling of substitutes
- Make delivery date functionality available to secure correct information to supplier
- Align messages in the solution to improve end user experience and avoid maintenance cost and lead time for unnecessary questions
- Improve and simplify the RFQ process by field updates in the Request forms.
Requirements:Competence and qualification:
The client is looking for a functional consultant with technical implementation skills that can drive and coordinate detailed functional solutions but also to do the necessary SAP SRM/MM configuration and programming needed.

- High understanding of Procurement business processes and business objectives
- Very good knowledge and experience from functional and technical design in SAP SRM7 and ERP
