Knowledge Management & Infrastructure Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Information Technology, Communications, Science-related subject or other related field
- 1-3 years working experience in IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry working in a GxP regulated area
- Proven working experience in a matrix oriented organization as well as comprehensive and demonstrated advanced competencies in various IT tools, collaboration tools and IT development
- Very good organizational skills and analytical thinking with high communication skills
- Good organization awareness (e.g. interrelationship of departments, business priorities) and experience working cross-functionally and in global teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in another languages advantageous
Your tasks:
- Ensuring the development, implementation and delivery and maintenance of knowledge management operational processes and related systems
- Overseeing and managing the structure of content published on various Global Engineering related platforms and mapping logical links to information in close collaboration with all stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Implementing and driving the communication operations activities for NTO GE, including content creation, lifecycle management, etc.
- Supporting and guiding associates in understanding and following the knowledge and document management processes
- Developing feedback loops, tracking usage trends and implementing continuous improvements on all KM&L and NTO GE tools as needed to meet current business needs
