IT Quality and Validation consultant - QMS - SOPS - English - Barcelona - Spain
NextLink is having an existing position as an IT Quality and Validation consultant for global projects in Barcelona, Spain.
Service characteristics:
- Title: IT Quality and Validation consultant
- Location: Barcelona
- Duration: 6 months minimum
- Start date: 1st of May
Context:
- 60% Support the IT Quality Val & Gov Team in the creation of directives and SOPS across functions
- 20% Document Librarian. Proofread and ready documents for approval to the EDMS system. Initiate, track and manage document workflows across projects. Initiate training of the EDMS for new team members.
- 20% Provide support to the Quality Team in organizing, facilitating, and documenting trainings, workshops, and initiatives.
Profil:
- Experience in developing QMS is a must
- QA quality analyst with in-depth knowledge of IT Quality processes and governance eg GAMP 5 and ISO 13485
- Experience writing SOPS and designing processes in a complex, fast paced environment
- Experience in LEAN processes a plus
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems
- Experienced with MS Word, MS Powerpoint, and Visio
- Proficient English language skills and experience working on a global cross-cultural team
