DURATION: 12 Month Contract (Renewable)

RATE: Negotiable

Brief Profile of Languages needed:

If you have experience in Level-1 Service Desk Operations and are proficient in English and any of these languages then please apply.

1. German
2. Chinese
3. Portuguese
4. Italian
5. French
6. Dutch

1 to 3 years of experience in Service Desk, Level-1 Operations.

Able to take ownership of team responsibilities when needed and making sure that the deadlines are met.

Keen and ready to learn new concepts and design solutions for the toughest of problems.

Can demonstrate ability to deliver excellent quality of work, self-learn and work under pressure.

  • Good customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Service Desk operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge on Incident Service Request Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Past experience working in 24X7 support models
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, highly organized, dedicated and optimistic
