What is the purpose of this role?
This water utilities company based in the Thames Valley will be reporting to the Communications & Engagement Workstream Lead, and incept, design and develop campaign concepts and artwork that support the delivery and execution of the Spring Communications and Engagement Strategy and plan.
Create artwork and animations for multimedia core channels including email, Yammer, Intranet and supporting visual channels such as posters, standees, wall/floor/hanging signage, screensavers and digital signage.
Support the Marketing and Creative Director with artwork for stakeholder engagement and buy-in to tell a compelling story through multi-media presentations.

What will this role involve?
You will create concepts and present ideas to Marketing & Creative Director and C&E Workstream Lead
You will support the C&E team by visualising copy and showcase artwork across multimedia including core channels and new forms of media which connect and resonate with target audience group
You will manage print production relationships to ensure quality of production and delivery to multiple sites in accordance with the C&E budget.
You will ensure all artwork meets Thames Water's brand guidelines and work with Thames Water's Brand Manager to ensure all requirements are met
You will create animations to support campaigns and create multi-media presentations for the Marketing and Creative Director
What skills are we looking for?
You will be have experience in advanced user of Adobe Creative Cloud suite with Graphic Designer qualification
You will be known to be used to working part of a busy Marketing Communications team and have significant experience in managing and executing multi-media/channel campaigns
You will have experience in managing relationships and working collaboratively with third party design agencies and in project managing all print production requirements
You will be known to have excellent communication skills, verbal and written and have excellent attention to detail and are self-reliant, working to own initiative with the ability to work to tight deadlines, and to work well under pressure
You will be able to demonstrate animation skills and have previous experience in communication activities in a multi-site operational contact centre environment
