Description
Chemical Engineer wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years' experience in a development area, especially with experience in the crystallization/filtration/drying area
- Post doc experience in a relevant field or working experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the design and scale-up of particulate processes as well as polymorphism
- Advanced knowledge of laboratory and technical tools
- Familiarity with software and computer tools
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, advanced German knowledge would be advantageous
Your tasks:
- Developing of drug substance finishing steps / particle engineering design processes, internally as well as in collaboration with external partners
- Cooperating with chemical and pharmaceutical development
- Leading selected technical life cycle management projects in area of particle engineering is needed, with particular emphasis on designing tailor-made particle properties by applying classical and novel methods of surface engineering and modification.
- Developing, optimizing, piloting, novel and second-generation processes in close collaboration with other development departments, in particular with chemical development, and chemical production
