Email marketing Lead | Acquisition
As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for growing subscribers to my clients database across EMEA.
You will be expected to conceptualise and deliver a series of marketing programmes that increase awareness and usage of these products amongst users, on the basis of a strong analytical understanding of the drivers of usage. You will be expected to generate both big, brand-defining initiatives, as well as ROI-based acquisition programmes. In this role, you will work closely with other functional teams within our client's company such as partnerships, product, sales and communications.

Responsibilities
Create an overall newsletter acquisition and retention strategy for 10 EMEA markets
Implement and execute A/B testing of newsletters to increase engagement and loyalty
Regularly report success metrics and communicate this amongst country stakeholders
Work closely with Content and Promotion Lead on driving sign ups
Work closely with global and country teams on implementing best practices
Create and execute sign up campaigns internally and externally

Minimum Qualification
2-3 years in acquiring subscribers for newsletters
Experience in digital content creation
Excellent planning and project management skills
Ability to communicate across different teams and managing a variety of stakeholders
Experience in the advertising or media industry
Intermediate: Google Analytics skills and/or Marketo
Good writing skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing social media channels
Knowledge of search engine optimisation
