Description

Our client a Federal Government department is hiring Experienced User Experience or User-Centred Design Practitioners to Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, including ethnographic research and contextual inquiry.

Successful candidates will possess the following experience/skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a User Experience or User-Centred Design Practitioner within an application development environment, with preference to those with no less than 5 years in analysing complex processes within an agile framework such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and negotiate with business and technical personnel.
  • Well-developed documentation skills for writing clear concise artefacts including but not limited to Ethnographic Research, Interviews, Personas, User Stories, Journey Maps, Card Sorting, Prototyping, Wireframing, and Workshops.
  • Location: Sydney

    Security Clearance required by the client: Australian Citizens willing to undergo Police check.

    Contract Period: 01 June 2017 to 30 June 2018
