Our client a Federal Government department is hiring Experienced User Experience or User-Centred Design Practitioners to Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback, including ethnographic research and contextual inquiry.
Successful candidates will possess the following experience/skills:
Demonstrated experience as a User Experience or User-Centred Design Practitioner within an application development environment, with preference to those with no less than 5 years in analysing complex processes within an agile framework such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and negotiate with business and technical personnel. Well-developed documentation skills for writing clear concise artefacts including but not limited to Ethnographic Research, Interviews, Personas, User Stories, Journey Maps, Card Sorting, Prototyping, Wireframing, and Workshops.Location: Sydney
Security Clearance required by the client: Australian Citizens willing to undergo Police check.
Contract Period: 01 June 2017 to 30 June 2018
