Description
Our client, a reputable global Investments and Asset management firm require the services of a Visual/UI Design consultant for an initial 6 month contract working out of their Glasgow based offices. The successful candidate will be working as part of a wider team made up of Interaction Designers, Visual Designers and UI Developers based across the globe to develop the visual design of user interfaces for web-based, hand-held, and desktop applications.
In order to be successful for this exciting new opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
*Like to create innovative visualisation of complex information and data
*Comfortable with the User Centred Design process
*Experienced with designing transactional user interfaces
*Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-disciplinary design teams (demonstrated in your CV)
*Demonstrable experience creating detailed Interaction and User Interface Designs
*Experience with Web application or Software design (AJAX/FLEX technologies)
