User Experience Design Lead
Looking for a highly creative and delivery focused user experience design leader to join my clients digital transformation team. This leadership role will champion the user experience strategy and design, and focus on bringing together various streams of work to create a first of its kind and highly persuasive digital user experiences.
You will be working in a collaborative multiple team scrum environment alongside the product, architecture and solution design teams, and lead a team of UX specialists to deliver new experiences through visually engaging artefacts, from user journeys to participatory design prototypes & wireframes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with a demonstrable portfolio in global product development labs in an agile environment. Strong preference for someone who has put Lean UX principles into practice.
- Proven experience to work in an environment with highly collaborating scum teams within a programme or business
- Proven experience working with external vendors in an agile environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Expert skill level with standard design tools like Sketch, Axure and Adobe Creative Suite.
Role is based in Dubai, initially 12 months (extendable)
