Senior PR Manager - split location Reading and North Greenwich
Exciting new role for an experienced Senior PR Manager with a background in mobile telecommunications devices to join a mobile telecommunications company on a 6 month initial contract with view for the role to become permanent after that. This role is split between two locations, with two days a week working in Reading and three days working in North Greenwich.
The successful candidate will be responsible for improving brand awareness and reputation by creating and executing successful PR strategies and have the following key skills and experience:
- A telecommunications background, specifically devices
- A B2C background
- Experience of both agency and in-house PR
- Experience of working in consumer electronics
- Experience of working in fast paced and dynamic environments
- Excellent coordination & communication skills to bring together internal & external stakeholders to deliver success
- Ability to create quick-win PR content, within a systematic framework that will deliver an 'always on' presence in UK media
- In depth understanding of media relations and agency management
- Experience organising large press conferences and media trips
