Manager - Communications Planning & Events - Stakeholder
Working in a dynamic programme with the remit of improving information sharing among the financial sector for the good of the consumer through technology and forward thinking.
Purpose of Role: To support the Stakeholder Communications function in the creation of high quality events, document templates and reference materials. This role will also have responsibility for ensuring that the Communications function is planned appropriately, works in close conjunction with other teams within the organisation and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Description of Services: -
- Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder Communications.
- Maintaining the organisation's document templates and ensuring they are utilized appropriately.
- Assisting colleagues in the creation of high quality presentations.
- Managing events, from inviting stakeholders to location management.
- Liaising with the organisation's planning and reporting function to ensure that Stakeholder Communications' work is effectively fitted to the wider project.
Skills/Experience
- Experienced administrator with strong document production skills.
- Experience of arranging and managing events.
- Some experience of planning tools (eg Microsoft Project)
- Collaborative, supportive, energetic.
