Marketing Automation Specialist
Location - Bracknell
The Marketing Automation Specialist should have experience of Eloqua, and some understanding of Salesforce. They must be able to communicate their knowledge effectively with large and diverse audiences to support the deployment and use of ever-increasing MA functionality. They must be innovative in approach, applying platform knowledge to resolve often complex business challenges involving multiple stakeholder groups. The Marketing Automation Specialist must also be meticulous about process and detail, acting in a key coordination role in the international deployment (from process definition through to UAT) of Eloqua and Salesforce integration within the company
Job Responsibilities
*Contribute expertise to the design and development of campaign workflows by the Campaign Architects, ensuring the creation of executable Eloqua solutions
*Build, activate and manage more complex automated campaigns
*Implement content and assets within Eloqua to support emails and landing pages when required to support demand
*Develop email and landing page templates to optimise performance
*Support A/B Testing and complex segmentation strategies
*Set up and distribute reporting for complex campaigns using Eloqua Insight
*Create and manage complex forms hosted in Eloqua landing pages (such as using progressive profiling), and all forms hosted in website pages
Knowledge & Skills
*At least 2 years of experience of working daily using Oracle Eloqua
*At least 5 years of experience as a systems or business analyst
*Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop, Excel and Salesforce
*Ability to communicate their knowledge effectively with large and diverse audiences
