Main tasks:
This resource will support Group Security by designing, implementing and managing Behaviour Change initiatives leveraged by training and mainly focused on All Employees' target audience.

Senior profile with more than 5 years' experience that can demonstrate: - Behaviour Change Projects design & build, Information Security topic understanding - Project management successes - International network management
Expected Deliverable's:
Help develop Security Culture and turn all employees into first line of defence (~ people)
Leverage new and existing training to support the behaviour change
Help to manage Behaviour Change projects and activities across the Group
Help to Implement and monitor all the learning & development channels including new technologies
Interacting with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather information and structuring for audience appropriate consumption
Delivering quality reports and presentation content
