World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Licensee Marketing Implementer. The Marketing Implementer will support the Channel Development Manager in managing the marketing agenda and implementing the ambitious license business marketing programme.

With the increasing scope of the Retail licensing business, both in terms of depth and sophistication of the proposition and offer as well as number of markets, there is a growing need to resource recurring marketing activities and the further proposition development.

The Role:

*Webinar owner: includes managing and coordinating the event plan with the team (who/what/when), editorial planning & execution of webinars and follow-up actions - acting as focal point with webinar supplier.

*Newsletter and MarketHub support: includes: creating list of potential stories to be leveraged in monthly Newsletter and on MarketHub (eg best practices, case studies), liaison with relevant stakeholders, copywriting and proofreading.

*Summit content manager: includes project management and support for collating, structuring and developing the messaging framework and content for invite, presentations and other content sessions eg quizzes etc., event app, awards and graphics.

*Sales material development support: includes working together and supporting the Channel Development Manager and SMEs in gathering and structuring content for updates of existing and creation of new sales support materials (sales presenters, brochures, Q&As, etc.), developing creative concepts and briefs, and managing the delivery of creative development projects.

*SharePoint maintenance: ensure all relevant materials in the team's SharePoint site are kept up-to-date and the site is well maintained

The Candidate:

*Strong project management experience
*Creative conceptualization
*Energetic, self-starter, with attention to detail
*Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
*Copywriting
*Marketing/PR background
*Expert communicator
*Tech savvy (content mng systems, app, webinars, SharePoint, etc.)
*Good x-cultural collaboration, able to take on global role and work virtually
*Retail knowledge/understanding

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
