Description
We have just been instructed by one of our leading financial services clients that they need a Social Learning Analyst to join their growing programme of work.
You would be responsible for their social learning business and user requirements, which will be translated into an end user and operational experience which will further increase the effectiveness of the digital training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce Business Requirements and End-User Requirements for the digital learning experience.
* Ensuring stakeholder and relevant 3rd party engagement.
* Design project plan for various work-streams, identifying potential risks and issues.
* Ensuring learning content supplied by digital training partner matches previously agreed upon content.
* Drive the successful delivery of the solution into the pilot markets.
* Track and review the effectiveness of the new digital learning experience
Experience and Skill-set Required:
* Digital and Social-Media Knowledge and Experience
* Stakeholder Management
* Ability to produce Business AND End-User Requirements
* Awareness of User-Centred Design Methodology
* Process improvement and LEAN methodologies experience.
