We are currently seeking a contract recruiter on a part time basis who will be responsible for implementing the hiring process for exempt and non-exempt roles to ensure hiring the most qualified candidates. This includes: acquiring appropriate requisitions and approvals, preparation of postings (electronic and job board), advertising, screening of applications, conducting phone screens, conducting assessments, conducting on-site interviews, coordinating interviews, conducting references, extending job offer, conducting drug screens and conducting criminal background checks.
Qualifications:

Business degree or equivalent experience in recruiting and employee selection.

Understanding of employment laws relating to hiring practices.

Customer service focus with a collaborative approach.

Organized with strong attention to detail.

Strong phone and communication skills: 1-1, presentation, group, written and electronic media.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
