Description
Key role working with multiple teams deploying Products.
Technical leadership role for the Customer Org, responsible for working with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement, integrate and maintain the Salesforce Customer Org.
In addition to coding and development activities, this technical lead will play a crucial role in various aspects of the integration and implementation including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
Document technical requirements, architecture, and design of deployment and integration of Products on the Customer Org solution.
Define, plan and manage Salesforce Major Releases and assess impact on Customer Org
Guide and mentor developers in Product Teams and act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.
Management of platform backlog
To co-ordinate and assist Products Teams with opportunities for shared applications and common business efficiencies.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and other Developers to support implementation of the business requirements for the delivery of MVPs/Scale in relation to the Salesforce Customer Org.
Responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce (SFDC) including configuration, customization and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations.
To act as technical expert for Salesforce, and share knowledge as appropriate.
Responsible for Identifying, building and integrating various technologies to provide client solutions and associate applications using SalesForce and other technologies
Participating and collaborating on design
Developing high quality solutions based on industry best practice and business needs
Experience in Behaviour Driven Development and Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN)
Experience in setting up and being part of Development Operations (supporting Production)
Experience in setting up and being part of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM for Dev/Test)
Preferably experience working with UX/UI as part of Design Thinking Workshops.
