Social Media - Content Specialist - Arab Speaking.
A key client of mine is currently looking for someone to join their organisation who will be responsible, for reviewing content to make sure it adheres to their policies across the EMEA space.
Your key responsibilities include:
Review ad's according to there policy for the Middle Eastern market
Process and review accounts that have been flagged for review of potentially sensitive content to ensure there are no violations of policies
Helping to understand and perform content reviews under client supervision
Demonstrates speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in your work
Being able to take direction and prioritise tasks Organised and detail oriented effective communicator and collaborator, works well in a team environment
Passionate about supporting there social media users with the understanding of what makes for a good customer experience.
The essentials include:
Fluent in Arabic (must) & English.
Previous content review experience is essential
And good knowledge of Internet and associated technologies within the social media space is highly desirable
Professional Skill Requirements:
Detail oriented
Strong customer support experience and analytic thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can critically assess content
