UI Specialist/Developer
My Reality Imaging Systems Technology client based in Edinburgh is looking to hire a UI Specialist with knowledge of 3D Graphics and UI design on a short term contract to assist with a back-log of work.
My client is looking for some specific skills for this one and these are detailed below:
Key skills required
*Selecting required UI framework to provide requested capabilities and compatibility requirements
*Implementing UI based on the design and compatibility requirements.
*Supporting the Back End designers on data model and storage requirement.
*Knowledge of OpenGL, GLSL, shading, 3D/2D graphics.
*Experience of WebGL, Three.js, WebVR, canon.js and related libraries.
*Outstanding math skills (linear algebra, trigonometry, Matrix/quaternion math).
Great to have, but not essential:
*Exposure to imaging system and computer vision.
*Familiarity with image sensors and debayering techniques.
*Knowledge of feature detection algorithms and image matching techniques.
*Knowledge of image recognition techniques.
*Knowledge of photogrammetry and stereo vision.
*Knowledge of camera calibration and lens modelling.
*Knowledge of color camera systems.
*Knowledge of Matlab and its toolboxes.
*Knowledge of 3D point clouds and Laser scanners.
*Agile software development methodology.
