  • Desk research into competitors and analysis of the existing customer experience
  • Contribute, review and feedback on service design blueprints which communicate the current customer experience

Define phase key activities:

  • Plan, facilitate and collate feedback from a co-design session with customers to begin to investigate what the new experience could look like across website and app.
  • Contribute, review and feedback on service design blueprints which communicate the desired customer experience.
  • Contribute to agile planning sessions to translate the desired customer experience into epics and stories with the PM team.
