Your tasks:
- Work as UX Lead to design customer facing e-Services.
- Project planning, methode selection, content creation over the whole user centered design process
- Integrate internal and external service providers into the design process as needed
Your qualifications
- Fundamental experience regarding the whole process of usability engineering
- Strong talent in visual design
- Very good communication and educational skills and the ability to maintain a good relation with business, customers and developers
- Capability to act as a UX lead in a complex projects and to promote UX in the whole project team
- Capability to drive synchronization and alignment across product lines
