CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER/DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION/BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME/INITIAL 3 months CONTRACT/LEICESTER/£/DAY

I am working with a client in Leicester who are currently in the process to deliver a large Digital Transformation programme. The focus of this position would be to define and design the customer experience of the programme.


The main objectives of this position is to;
-Define the customer experience framework for the transformation programme aligned with the strategy
-Design the Customer and User Experience of those engaging with the business. Digital inclusion is critical


You will be responsible for;
* Working directly with stakeholder/product owners as well as project teams to facilitate customer strategy and research sessions, analyse findings and present actionable insight to inform customer experience improvements.
* Collaborate with team members, Business Analyst and Enterprise Architects and other stakeholders to translate ideas and opportunities into clear concept models, tangible prototypes and elegant screen designs.
* Conduct design workshops, provide feedback on wireframes, and lead definition of patterns and standard.
* Participate in design research and testing activities.
* Address customer's needs from requirement gathering using an omni channel approach.
* Develop information architecture, interaction flows and user interface deliverable.
* Elicit requirements and fully document design product work
* Participate in the full design and development cycle.
* Present ideas, research findings, sketches and other deliverable in an efficient manor.

You will be required to have experience in;
* Good experience in people-centred design, customer research and usability experience.
* Worked with a wide range of people at a variety of levels as well as stakeholder engagement.
* Strong facilitation skills leading project teams in participatory and collaborative design sessions.
* Strong application and interaction design best practice.
* Ability to rapidly sketch out user-flows with pencil and paper, whiteboards, or post-it notes.
