Your tasks:
- Formatting documents and presentations translated from English into Spanish, according to the original and in line with the formatting rules
- Using templates
- Inserting and/or correcting cross-references, external hyperlinks and bookmarks
- Repairing damaged/corrupt Word documents
- Comparing versions
- Performing completeness checks of translations
- Checking numbers/number formats
Your qualifications
- Certificated MS Word/PowerPoint expert or extensive formatting experience working for an agency
- Extensive experience of templates, fields, macros, VBA programming, formatting of tables
- Experience with CAT and OCR tools a plus
